Ambassador Norman Eisen is the author of The Last Palace: Europe’s Turbulent Century in Five Lives and One Legendary House, available now from Penguin Random House He served as US ambassador to Czech Republic 2011 - 2014, residing at Petchek Villa, built by Czech-Jewish industrialist Otto Petschek.

Read-through of play by Zuzana Justman, which tells the story of Helena, a young woman who cannot accept the fact that her father died in Auschwitz. It is set in the Terezin ghetto in 1944 and at Vassar College and in New York City in 1954. This is a FREE event.
